Maintenance Plans

At Frye Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. we do our best to ensure our customers stay comfortable year-round. Having your system serviced twice each year will make sure that each component of your system is operating properly to help prevent unexpected repairs. We currently offer three different maintenance options as listed below. If you have any questions regarding the different plans, please give us a call!

$150 Maintenance

This maintenance is for a one-time only service. Our technicians come out and make sure your system is operating properly for the coming season.

*If you have more than one system, each additional system is $125.

$200 Maintenance Agreement

This maintenance agreement covers only one maintenance which is usually done while the technician is there.
The agreement lasts one year from the day of service.
If at any time during the agreement we come out during business hours, you do not have to pay the diagnostic/trip fee.
After hours calls will incur an $89 diagnostic/trip fee (w/o agreement, usually $160).
After hour emergency* service calls will not incur a diagnostic/trip charge.

*Emergency service is defined as having no heat, air, or water damage.

**If you have more than one system, each additional unit is $175.

$325 Maintenance Agreement

This maintenance agreement covers everything in the $200 maintenance agreement.
The only difference is that it includes two maintenances instead of one.
